Will Neutorgena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser help with blackheads?

I don't get pimples - if any, it's super rare. But I do have blackheads on my nose and chin and I bought the regular Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser and have been using it for 2 days now but my blackheads are still there. I was wondering if this particular product helps with getting rid of them or if I should simply be more patient and keep at it. Anyone have experience with it? Do not use Neutrogena, Clean %26amp; Clear, or any of those ridiculous products that test on animals. They are CRUEL.

Biore works okay for some people if you want to try that.
If you go in the acne section of any store they usually have strips that you moisten and put in the area where you have blackheads then you leave it on for a while then pull them off. I've used them before, but I never really had blackheads, I used it more for cleaning my pores but it might work.
