Biore strips and all that help, but still I think the most effective way is squeezing them out! Do it after a hot shower or steaming, then your pores will be open. Make sure your face and hands are clean. Squeeze your blackheads gently. Try to make the blackhead you pop come out all the way, cause if some of it is left inside it grows into a spot. Wash and tone your face after you're done squeezing.





Start applying a regular facial. Wash your face with a cleanser twice a day, use a toner and oil-free moisturizer. Apply a clay mask once a week. As much as possible do not use foundation which clogs the pores.
