Benzoyl peroxide creams help somewhat. I forget what it's called but it's Clean%26amp;Clear in a little white tube @ Walmart I'm pretty sure. The Biore strips are good too, and if you don't want to buy those apparently you can use duct tape (to prevent them + clear pores - dermatologist said that it's basically the same thing as biore but it kind of scares me)
Just don't pop them (it'll most likely scar) and make sure to wash your face the right way; the residue from the washes if you don't wash it all off is reallly bad for your skin and just makes it worse. :(Best way to get rid of pesky little blackheads?
