they re all over my faceHow do i get rid of blackheads?
The products you are using, are they Salsylic Acid or Benzoyl peroxide? BP can be VERY drying. I personally like SA better. Salsylic acid it really good. It is in almost all acne washes. Benzoyl Peroxide is too drying for me! Try finding a face lotion with SA in it. Clean and Clear has a good moisturizer with SA and it helps keep pimples at bay. It is only about $5 a bottle and lasts about 2 months and you can get it at your local store. I have used this in the past and it works well. Personally, I use Biore products (which you get over the counter. Their products range from $5-$10). They are harsh on pimples, but not on your face.
Personally, Proactive didn't work for me. I have been using Biore products for over a year and I hardly ever break out! Occasionally I will get one or two, but nothing bad. I use Biore Ice Cleanser and warming facial scrub every morning. And then 3-4 day s a week I use Biore purging pore cream scrub. For body acne I use Neutrogena acne body wash I never break out on my body. It gets 110 in summer so sweat in inevitably, yet I never break out. Give it a try. All of it is cheap too. About $5-10 depending on what you buy! Salsylic acid it really good. It is in almost all acne washes. Benzoyl Peroxide is too drying for me! I think you will just need to experiment with products until you find what works for you. Remember, it can take 1 month for products to fully begin working! Good Luck! How do i get rid of blackheads?
I recommend that every night you rinse your face with cool water then rub your face gently on a soft towel and they are bound to come off like that!
Try rubbing Baking Soda over your face in a tiny bit water/baking soda paste. The PH level will balance your skin and exfoliate at the same time. I would try getting some fash wash with salicylic acid. I have read that the acid works for blackheads and the benzeol (spelling) is better for whiteheads. The acne is very VERY stubborn, I have used accutane twice, and everyother prescription or nonprescription product on the market and it will not go away. I hope you have better luck. Warning: If you start using tons of product go start slowly allowing your skin to get use to it. Also make sure you moisturize. If your skin is really dry it will start producing oil on overdrive. You want a nice balance. I learned this the hard way, plus after using TONS TONS and TONS of product my skin is like a perminent red tint because my skin is very unhappy. But I wouldn't worry so much just stick to one or two products and if they show any difference after about a month or two, switch to something different. I wouldn't worry about the red tint skin (these products have been applied for about seven years now...) just remember pimples take about two weeks to form and it will take that long to heal. It may get worse before it gets better, depending on how good the product is. That means that the ones that have already started forming are coming to the top quickly so they can heal. I am sorry, I dont have all the answers. I wish I did, acne has made my life miserable. I wish you the best, and I hope no one has to deal with this nasty problem.
wow. my advice to u is buy a steamer. steam your face..
for like 15 minutes. and pop them because BLACK head the longer there in your face or will kinda like eat for faace. well that sounds weird not really eat your fafce but the longer its in there and wen its ready to come out there gonna be a huge hole. if there on your nose then nose strips
Use warm water because that opens your pores and blackheads are made up of dead skin cells and oil then rub soap i use dove but you have your choice then rinse it off with warm water again. do it like three times a day plus change your pillow case.it won't cure it but greatly reduce your chance it coming back.
go to a dermatologist to have a facial. they will squeeze out the blackheads and white heads.
Keep your face clean. Wash your face whenever you feel it is getting oily.
Wash your face with a gentle water-soluble cleanser.
Apply a clay mask that does not contain ingredients such as mint or peppermint. It will absorb excess oil from the skin surface. If you have dry skin, use oil-absorbing papers to clean the face.
Visit your dermatologist. Ask about vitamin supplements for healthy skin. Vitamin A will keep the oil flowing uniformly and won’t clog your pores. Tretinoin and Adapalene are common retinoids for skin treatments.
Apply exfoliant or a scrub that will help remove dead skin from your face.
Take hot steam on your face to soften the blackheads for easy removal.
Use appropriate make-up. Consult your dermatologist, who will recommend suitable creams for your skin type.
