Got any tips to get rid of blackheads?

I really need to know. I keep washing my face (w/ water, achohol, and a acne cleanser (the brand is Clearisil). Then, I got this blackhead. I stopped using it all, but it's still there? How do I get rid of it????Got any tips to get rid of blackheads?
