What is the best way to remove blackheads?

If you want your complextion to be blemish free for years to come DO NOT squeeze out blackheads. Squeezing will can cause trauma to the area that will blemish the skin and possibly leave a scar.

Blackheads are caused by an excess oil production in the sebaceous glands and is a form of acne. The key triggers for oil production are diet, stress, humidity, contact irritation and genetics. Some of these will be in your control and some, like genetics unfortunately not.

The best natural way to deal with this problem is to clean and gently exfoliate the area regularly. Many people have found that using Dead Sea salts and cleansing the area helps in two ways- it acts as a mild disinfectant and the minerals soothe and help the skin regenerate. If you have access to Dead Sea Salt powder then you can use it directly on the area as an exfoliant. Just put some in the palm of your hand and add a few drops of water, then rub into the affected area. I recommend this to many of the people I see.

Hope this helps.

drink lots and lots of water everyday. squeezing them is not such a good idea they can get infected and it just damages your skin. make sure during the day you dont touch your skin and try to cleanse your face morning and night %26amp; after sweating try using facial wipes to wipe away sweat and oil (but may i add don't get too rough on skin or more oil will be created and skin will get irritated)

To get rid of blackheads it is important that you realize what is causing blackheads to you. Getting new blackheads frequently indicates a greater problem inside you. The possible factors that cause blackheads are:

- not drinking enough water

- blocked pores from not exfoliating

- excess facial oil which can be exacerbated by excess scrubbing or not cleansing and toning properly

- use of products/makeup that may contain too much of oil.

If you are going to squeeze your blackheads do it gently so you don't damage your skin. You can also exfoliate or use blackhead strips. I think the strips work really well. Make sure you use non-comedogenic make-up so that you don't block your pores with the make-up and drink plently of water and don't eat too much oily food to help prevent reappearance of blackheads.
vaccum remover. some parlours keep them. or buy your own.
