What is the best thing to treat blackheads especially on the nose?

Preventing blackheads is the only way to effectively treat them. You have to change the conditons in the pore that allow the sebum to turn into a plug. Basically the best options are either retin A (tretonin) or salicylic acid. Use a leave on lotion containing the salicylic acid or use the retin A (not both at the same time) and after about 2 weeks the blackheads will start to diminish as the exfoliation inside the pore improves. The Biore pore strips will only pull the top of the blackhead out, so they will work at first but do nothing to change the condition that caused the blackheads to develop. What is the best thing to treat blackheads especially on the nose?

Use a blackhead strip such as biore pore cleanser. Or squeeze the hell out of your face until a long string of oily dirt comes out of your pore.
I have been told that Biore' Pore Strips work pretty well at keeping the pores clean and free of oily build up which eventually causes blackheads. If that doesn't work, you may try a blackhead remover. They can be found in the beauty section of your local drug store. It consists of a metal handle or shaft with a hole on one end. Just place the hole over the blackhead, press down and slide out. The blackhead will be seen on the tip of the handle and usually works great. Whatever you do, don't squeeze it as it is on your nose. It'll look like you tried to pop a zit. After removing the blackhead, wash the area well with warm water and preferrably an antibacterial soap or one that doesn't contain perfumes or other scented ingrediants. Ivory works best. Follow up the rinse with cold water as it will help to close the pores. Washing your face a few times a day will help prevent any future breakouts. Good luck to you.
Drink lots of water all the time. Warm steam on your face for 15 minutes and the squeeze under the black head and they come out with little effort. Don't spend tons of money on skin products cause the steam will do way better.
Biore strips?
drink more water so that your body can cleanse from within and doesn't need to push waste products out through your pores.

Anything with additives is not water. The body needs to deal with chemicals, sugar, colouring, caffeine, etc

If your liver is already overloaded, healthy organic foods will help it do its job, so that the skin doesn't get stuck with the overload.
