well as a beautician ive been talk to use a comodone (blackhead) extractor which are very simple to use ( its usually explained on the packet). its basically a stick with a metal hoop on the end (haha..wow i explained that well) ..they can be picked up in boots or superdrug pretty cheap.
but the only way to keep them at bay is to exfoliate!
i personally use a clinique scrub but you can make your own for free! only scub 2 or 3 times a week not daily !! this is very important.
if you over stimulate your skin it can cause soreness and bad skin as it removes your natural oils which, are very important to keep skin looking healthy.
to make a scrub all you will need is salt (preferably sea salt as the crystals are bigger) and glycerine. if you dont have glysterine you can also use baby oil or olive oil. rub gently but firmly around the affected area in circular motions, 2-3 times a week. and if possible use a cleanser and moisturiser a few times a week also.
