Do self tanning lotions cause blackheads?

Do self tanning lotions cause blackheads? My face is really pale and my skin just won't tan naturally. I'm not sure if the blackheads on my face were caused by the self tanning lotion.





By the way, this question is alittle irrelevant to my main question, but since my skin is really pale, I sometimes find that ivory makeup just emphasizes my paleness. I want to move to a darker shade but I don't know which one. Is sand darker or beige?Do self tanning lotions cause blackheads?
