well i have some blackheads on my nose and i am trying to get rid of them i just bought the clean%26amp;clean blackhead clearing scrub yesturday and i did notice after 3 uses that the tiny blackheads are gone... well i need help to get rid of the rest please tell me how you got rid of your or what your think can help.. thanks and please answer
( also are there some natral ways to get rid of blackheads?)How do i get rid of the blackheads of my nose !
I have blackheads on my nose and on my chin. LOL
I have the Clean %26amp; Clear Blackhead Cleaning Scrub. It works well, and most of my blackheads were gone or less noticeable. I just hated those little blue bead things in them! LOL
I don't think there are natural ways to get rid of blackheads. But you can maybe look some up on the internet?
I hope I helped!
P.S. You can buy Stridex pads (they work, but they work better for acne) and you can buy Boire Deep Cleansing Pore Strips. They work fantastic! I loved when I would rip the strip off my nose, and then put the strip to my lamp, turn the strip on it's side, and look at all the blackheads standing up from the strip. LOLHow do i get rid of the blackheads of my nose !
Mix one teaspoonful of fresh limejuice with one teaspoonful of peanut oil. Then apply this mixture to your face.
Another - Mix ¼ of a cup of hot water, 1 teaspoon of Epsom salts, and 4 drops of iodine. Dip a cotton ball in the mixture and apply it to your blackheads. When the mixture has dried on your skin gently wipe it off with a clean cloth.
You can also Exfoliate to keep them from coming up.
Create a scrub of salt, lemon, honey, and yogurt. Scrub your face with the mixture for 5-10 minutes and then later wash your face to rinse it off. Pat your face dry and you're done.
I have really big pores and deal with bad blackheads ALL the time. The #1 thing to remember is that cosmetics ARE NOT necessary, just some hot water and DOVE soap should do the trick.
Heat up a washcloth under hot water and repeatedly cover your nose with it to loosen up the pores. Wash thoroughly (but not too hard) with Dove soap and just your hands (because washing with the washcloth may irritate your pores). Continue to rinse and press the hot washcloth to your nose for about a minute. If you have black head removal cream, I would apply it now.
If you don't have cream, repeating the aforementioned steps each night before bed and each morning before school/work, your nose should clear up.
Even though a dermatologist might say otherwise, sometimes the easiest way to get em out is to grab hold of your nose and SQUEEZE. You don't have to, but sometimes it just feels good to do it anyway.
Hope that helps!
you should use the clean and clear scrub every single day, so they dont come back. and use biore strips for your nose. i use them and some come out. i still have some, and im looking for a cleaner.
dont squeeze them, it will only leave a scar on your face.
steam your face in the sink for 5 minutes, then use the strips to get more blackheads away!!
For more beautiful, healthy skin, use this completely toxic free skin care. It will take care of all your blackheads when used consistently according to directions. See link below. Also, mix a little granulated sugar in a little of your skin cream and scrub your face with it, and rinse. Do this a couple times a week.
If you have blackheads beleive me they are not going away, maybe temporaily, but they will be back. What you can do is squeeze them out, then cleanse your open pores after that. This helps remove oil and dirt. Astringent works good. Also ask your parents if one of them had blackheads at your age, its genetic!
There well annoying especially on ur nose once u get rid of them they come back in like 2 seconds, just bathe them then squeeze its the only way, cause i got visiblyclear blackhead eliminating pads by neutrogena and they dont even work they were ded expensive and gave me spots thats what stopped me believing whatevers on adverts,
use those black head stripes that you put across your nose, they work very well. and the only way to keep the black heads out naturally is to keep your face clean as hell.
Biore strips work great. They'll get out stuff that nothing else can. Or use Proactive solution. It's a 3-step system that uses three different lotions. It's only about $50 every 2 months. Order online at proactivesolution.com
Just keep using the clear%26amp;clean stuff. it takes time. you cant just make them all go away in 3 uses since yestreday. it will take prob like a couple days not just less than 24 hours. be patient!
Get those things you stick to your nose. They pull them right out. Go to your nearest pharmacy and look for them.
mix some face cream and table salt together and use it as a cheaper alternative to facial scrubs
Put glue on it and let it dry, peel off the dry glue.
squeez it, then clean it well
clearasil
order the black head earaser
its real ive seen it on a commercial
Keep using it ..You may need to make it a part of your daily routine.
biore strips :]
stridex cream and pads.
give them a good squeeze
put a compress on it it like works really good and fast

If you have minor acne, a Japanese product called Ketsugo came out about 10 years ago. It seemed to be more effective, in my experience, than other medications which did nothing. You might have to order it from your pharmacist though.
Get a facial and see if they can extract the blackheads. As for the ';blushing';, only the dermatologist would know that.
Wash your face with Dove for sensitive skin 3 times a day. Use la mer products, I swear they are amazing. Keep your hands off your face, do not put any products on your face. Use prescription products such as bacitracin, retin a and differin, go to the dermatologist and have her prescribe to you tetracyline or doxycyline. have her extract blackheads and pimples. drink a lot of water.
i had the same problem and i use good old Noxezoma!makeup uk

Both of my cheeks (on my face lol) have small bumps that are bigger than blackheads and filled with white pus.
They are in clusters on both sides and very hard to puncture. I do wear nivea cream which is quite heavy once in the morning.
any other ideas? Both of my cheeks (on my face lol) have small bumps that are bigger than blackheads and filled with white pus.
Those are whiteheads [pimples].
To prevent them, try to wash your face twice a day with warm water and a gentle cleanser like Clean and Clear, Proactive, or Neutrogena. Also, after you exercise, wash your face. Also, whenever you apply something to your face (sunscreen, makeup, etc.), make sure that it is non-clomedogenic, meaning it would not clog pores. Also, once or twice a week, try to use a mask. Some good ones are at the bottom. To pop them, what you do is just squeeze them, then put your fingers on the left and right side of the zit and pull them apart to excrete the pus. Then, put some cream on it to stop the bleeding. Then you're good to go!
Here are some other tips for healthy skin:
- Olive oil can be used as a moisturizer for dry skin.
- To reduce the redness of blemishes, cut a slice of potato and apply it to the blemish as you would a compress
- For an inexpensive astringent, try witch hazel.
- For combination skin, try using two different masks. Use a mask for oily skin on the T-zone and a moisturizing mask on the cheeks and neck.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day--this cleanses the body and skin, as well as keeping skin hydrated.
Some good masks include:
Ingredients:
1 tsp. olive oil
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. honey
oatmeal, ground or you can also use infant oatmeal
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, using enough oatmeal to make a paste. Smooth the paste all over your face. Leave on for 15 minutes and then rinse with tepid water. Pat dry. The honey locks in moisture from the egg and olive oil, and the oatmeal soothes and softens the skin. Your skin should look and feel softer and smoother and you should notice and nice healthy glow.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked peach
2 strawberries
1/4 cup mashed papaya
1 tsp. honey
Ground or intant oatmeal, enough to form a thin paste
Instructions:
Mash the fruit together and add oatmeal to make a paste. Apply to face and leave on for 10 minutes. The fruit acids will remove dead skin and leave you with a beautiful, hydrated glow. The oatmeal calms the skin.

Ingredients:
1/2 apple, cooked to softness and mashed
1 tbsp. honey
ground or infant oatmeal
Combine all ingredients and apply to face. Leave on for 10 minutes and then rinse with tepid water.
Instructions:
The oatmeal soothes irritated skin and absorbs oil. The fruit acid in the apple removes dead skin and clears the pores, and the honey contains anti-microbial properties to cleanse and refine.

What should i use to get rid of blackheads?
i want a sort of face product to get rid of blackheads on my nose. i have sensitive skin so i dont want to pick at them.
thankssss!!What should i use to get rid of blackheads?
I use a black head extractor like this one: http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?鈥?/a>
you have to be very careful with it or else you'll make it worse, and you also need to clean it before and after every use. I use it after the shower or steaming my face and it works slick. Just don't go after them all at once, use it every few days. What should i use to get rid of blackheads?
Ok this works, I had 17 blackheads last month, now I counted four.
CETAPHIL!
It is for all ages, all stages, you put it on every night as a daily routine.
Next, every month you should apply a fask masque, my personal favorite: Clinque.
Also, if your local gym has a steaming room, that cleans your face up. If not, put a thick towel over a pot of boiling water and put your face about ten inches above it, for about 5 minutes, it truly has amazing results.
If in two months, your blackheads are still attacking you, get a deep facial and ask a dermetologist what cream is almost custom made for you, although cetaphil is the best.
Don't use Aveeno vanishing foam, it made my blackheads worse.
Steam your face or wash with hot water to open the pores, and then make up a mixture of about half a teaspoon baking soda and a couple splashes of vinegar until you make a paste. Wait for it to fizz down, and then dab and rub in circular motion over the affected area for about 5 - 10 minutes. I used to have a ton around my upper lip and this worked wonders! You may have to repeat it once or twice though. This brings them to the surface and opens the pore so it's easier to extract. :)
Beat white part of an egg. Add one teaspoon of honey and with a cotton swab, apply it on face. Keep it around half an hour and then scrub well and rinse with warm water. This is also good for blackheads . Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.

How can I get rid of my stubborn blackheads??
I've had lots of blackheads all over my nose and a few on my chin for years now.
I've tried many products to get rid of them, like neutrogena's blackhead scrub, t-zone clearing strips, biorre pore strips, and tried loads of different brands like dermalogica, body shop and clinique. I cleanse, tone and moisturise my skin twice a day, and exfoliate too.
They're pretty stubborn things too as it's really hard to get them out even when I squeeze them!
Please help me if there's anything that I can do to get rid of them!!!!!How can I get rid of my stubborn blackheads??
The way that i was told to do it that works is, to steam your face for about 15 minutes, and then squeeze them, the steam opens your pores, and softens up the blackheads, So they are able to be squeezed, without being squashed, which stops you from scarring, this works all the time, and also prevents them, as well as get rid of them.
Hope i helped!
GOOD LUCK.
can i be chosen as best answer now?
LOL, only joking! How can I get rid of my stubborn blackheads??
Your best solution is prevention. Do a body cleanse (what you eat, not what you put on your face) once a week. Only use natural vegetables (broccoli, spinach, kale, cabbage) and water. Eat these 3 days a week, add fish after Day 4, add whole grains after Day 7. Eat normally after that. Repeat the next month.
For surface solutions, try to control the oil on your skin. Use a clay mask once a week.
Use a honey mask twice a month.
After you have perspired always wash your face with a non soap cleanser and tepid water, don't use hot water as this can dry out the skin. Don't touch your face unecessarily unless you are cleansing it. Forget about the other products but if you have to try not to moisturise your face in those areas. Drink lots of water (1.8 litres a day), don't wear make up, stay away from smoke and dairy food - you will notice the difference in a week.
Try getting some TCP and applying it with a Q-tip as not to get it on your hands. This really works for me. I tried quite a few products and none of them worked on this really stubborn blackheady/lumpy patch on my forehead. I absolutly swear by this, but you have to persevere night after night. You could put it on during the day, but it really stinks so I just put it on at night. Im not garenteeing anything because everybodys different blah blah etc.. Good Luck !!
never squeeze them because you can get scar from them the best thing to do is open your pores with hot water then exfoliate with aswell know brand like clearacel or some thing like that rub hard then after doing so close your pores with cold water
clean and clear carries a black head eraser thats supposed to be great it is 20 bucks also try washing your face drink water and wear makeup that is oil free
i also like biore warming black head it is nice in the winter
Just scrub, other than going to a dermatologist thats about all you can do!
Maybe your using too many products? Just choose one and give ti time to work, nothing happens in only one or two days...

Getting rid of blackheads on my nose!!!!!?
i have scars from prior acne. now it is all large, round, gross blackheads. i need help on how to get them to go away. i am 14. i dont like those complicated remedies like a dash of parsley, 2 spoons of honey, etc. k?Getting rid of blackheads on my nose!!!!!?
Biore pore strips for the nose and cheeks or a total facial.....Getting rid of blackheads on my nose!!!!!?
biore pore strips pull all those nasty black heads out of your nose they work great other wise there are always blackhead exfoliator scrubs by Clean and Clear, and Neutragena
watch your diet. toxins are trying to leave the body. slow down on cokes and chocolates also proactive is a good skin cleanser!
put a warm to hot cloth on your nose and steam them for a few seconds then pinch those suckers out!! i do it to my boys all the time. they used to have visible blackheads and they didnt like it when i cleand their nose up at first but they liked the results!! and now they remind me to do it about once a month :)
I'd start with those Biore strips. Clear out the pore then begin a cleansing regime that does just that daily (get one of those little soft face brushes to use in the morning/night). Be sure to close the pore with cold water (as cold as you can take it) after you've washed your face with warm water. Also whenever you to go the bathroom during the day, clean your face with just plain water. Follow up with a pore reducing cream once a week. As always, test a small area before doing anything that involves chemical (the strips or pore reducer) all over your face - especially if you've sensitive skin. If the blackhead breakout continues without improvement (because what I'm suggesting is just basic stuff), consult your dermatologist.
eat healthier worked for me and pop'em when they very small
my sister uses like that kinda tape and it takes out all the blackheads

Tweezerman makes a tool to get the makeup, oil, and dirt out of your pores for a blackhead free face. I use it all the time tp opo whiteheads and get rid of blakcheads.
One very effective product that worked for me was the anti black head face scrub made by Clearasil, I think it only costs about 3 bucks and take about 45 seconds once a day to use...
I use beorea clensing strips you put them on your nose and peel them off. Its a little painful but totally worth it. They are realitively inexpensive and really work.
i hav no idea, but i have the same problem.
Do not press them, do not pick on them. Go to a beauty clinic and ask them what they think about your case. They have new machines and technology that can help you out without leaving more marks in your face.
If you don't have the money, I have one word for you: Clay. Clay masks, clay, clay clay. Nothing beats clay. But go to one of those vegetarian, all natural hippy stores , they have the best clay masks. I got rid of all my blackheads and imperfections that way.
Biore Pore Perfect deep cleansing pore strips. I will swear by them.
They are strips that you put on your nose and then.. well.. theres no ';non-painful-sounding'; way to describe this.. you rip it off. Yes, it hurts.. quite a bit. But after.. you will be 100% amazed at how CLEAN your nose feels. The first time I used them, it felt cleaner than it ever has. They..';instantly remove dirt, oil, and blackheads for cleaner, smaller-looking pores'; The box contains 8 nose strips. What you do is you wash your face, dry it off but keep your nose wet/damp.. put the strip over your nose, wait 10-15 minutes until it is stiff.. then peel it off from the outsides to the center of your nose.
Like I said... they hurt when you pull them off, but its 100% worth it!!!
I would suggest Proactive works for me and im really lazy they have a special catalog and there is special stuff for blackheads in there and alot of it is cheap

Tips to Remove blackheads
When the pores close with the sebum content on the surface and bulge out, it is a whitehead and if the oil gets rusted due to the opened pores you will notice a black colored swelling which is called as blackhead. For non-inflammatory kind of acne, just a few blackheads or whiteheads will appear on the skin crust. They are simple in nature and do not require a physician’s prescription. If you come across blackheads you can use Retin-A, which is an effective remedy. Majority of the people face this problem.
You can find blackheads on your nose, chin or forehead. Removing a blackhead is a difficult task and its frustrating.Given below are a few tips to remove blackheads:·
Do not use harsh soaps or lotions, which could the face oily.
Use cleansers and try to keep the skin less oily.
Try to keep the dead cells away from the skin, by cleaning your face.
Do not squeeze the blackheads. Too much squeezing could damage the skin and make the pores large.
Applying warm water on the face and gently putting pressure with a little cotton could clear the clogs.
You can use “blackhead strips” which are available in the markets. These strips only remove the upper portion on the blackheads and not its root.
As always, test a small area before doing anything that involves chemical (the strips or pore reducer) all over your face - especially if you've sensitive skin. black head strips work, use them but once your black heads wash your face everyday once so they wont come back. the best cleanser is neutrogena!!Whats the best thing to use to get ride of my blackheads??do those blackhead stips work??
You should get Biore Cleansing Pore Strips. When you go to the store, look at all the products %26amp; read the back of every box to see which fits you.
http://www.biore.com/usa/products/
When I used Biore Cleansing Pore Strips, it actually worked. You just have to wet your face, put th strip where your blackheads are %26amp; leave it there for 10-15 minutes. When you take the strip off, you can actually see the dirt on the strip from your pores.
You should also buy the self heating mask %26amp; use it after clearing out all your blackheads. It will make your pores smaller so that no more dirt will go into them. That way, your blackheads will be gone, %26amp; you probably won't get any more.
Just read all the directions on the products.
DO NOT USE STRIPS. They almost never remove the full blackhead, usually only the first half or so. They can also be dangerous! Don't bother with them. According to my acne doctor they also created a fake ';outage'; to create demand.
I'm using Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash and it works really well.
http://www.neutrogena.com/ProductsDetail鈥?/a>
Also, go to your acne doctor and get a blackhead extraction. They basically just squeeze the blackheads out for you and clean up your face. Works really well, I just had one done for $25.
The strips will take care of the ones you have now. But a little exfoliating now and then will help clean away the dirt and dead skin cells that cause them. I'd try both the strips, and a good cleansing or medicated exfoliating scrub. I use St. Ives Apricot scrub. It works great, and is relatively inexpensive.

I have a lot of spots and blackheads any home made remedies please?
Toothpaste on a spot before bed helps to 'hurry it up'... so if it isn't out yet it will bring the head up quick and if it's already up it will help to shrink it.
For blocked pores, try steaming your face- a bowl of very hot water so it is steaming and lean your face over it- not too close that it burns!- and put a towel over your head for a few minutes then use a clean flannel to gently scrub your face. Finish with very cold water splashed all over to close pores

Nailbrush, hot water any soap. Start by putting a hot flannel on you face for a couple of minutes. Then scrub your face as hard as you can without hurting. Then rinse with hot and then cold water a few times. dry and put a touch of moisturiser on. Do this in a morning, teatime and bedtime. Should have a nice complexion in a week or so.

Using dry & cracked heal cream to remove blackheads?
I was considering using (compeed) Dry %26amp; Cracked skin cream to get rid of the blackheads on my nose. It has high percentage of urea that deeply moisturises and lactic acid (AHA) that gently exfoliates hard and dead skin!
Shall i try it or is it a crazy idea?Using dry %26amp; cracked heal cream to remove blackheads?
You have the right idea with the foot thing, but don't use something that moisturizes unless you need to. What i use is True Blue Spa mega mint deoxifying foot mask. If you do try it, and it starts to tingle like ALOT, that's ok, it did that for me. It's a great thing to do in the morning if you have trouble waking up. just leave it on until it drys like any other mask, and then rinse it off
hope that helps!Using dry %26amp; cracked heal cream to remove blackheads?
Hi!
For body (not the face) best thing that worked cause I have the same problem (this is going to sound crazy) is ground coffee, preferably dry or you can use old used coffee grinds (not instant) and bring it in the shower. Wet your legs with water then take a pinch full and in circular motions (not straight) rub it around and around for a minute or so. Do this every item you shower and it makes legs soooooooo soft, incredible! Alsomost toners are like 98% rubbing alcohol and water, so after my shower (once my legs are dry) I take rubbing alcohol and apply it liberally to your legs and problem areas (soak it) then let it dry on it's own, should help thin the skin and dry out a bit.
I looked for over 8 years for a product against blackheads.
Clarins has an awesome line, for night time you need the toner and oil, its a special oil that dissolves blackheads (for real) and cleans your face overnight of impurities. Black heads are basically a hardened oil mixture that was secreted and oxidized (which makes the outside part black) and since water and oil don't mix no water based product can ';clean'; your blackheads away, just try say putting certain foundations or makeups on the mirror and if you wipe it with water it smudges all over but put a little baby oil and wipe and tada! it comes off super clean AND dissolves it. This oil also dries up the pimples and the black heads all the way down. I recommend using it for 6-8 weeks then going for a facial (cost maybe 25$) and ask for a facial specializing in black head removal/extraction or you can look it up online, how to steam first and all and yes using a tissue paper not your fingernails really is better, I know cause now I have little brown spots and acne scars from years of picking with nails, tissue forms a little barrier so that the sharp edge of your nails doesn't cut the thin outer cell layer.
As to what soap to use, I'm not sure what to answer, Clarins has it's line, the gommage is excellent and addictive (I am addicted to Clarins Bright Plus Gentle Brightening Exfoliator, full size is 50 mL, 1.9Oz., lasts 2 months when used twice a week, use sparingly).
You can find it cheaper on eBay as it is a bit pricey in stores. Here is the name: Oil: CLARINS Lotus Face Treatment Oil Combo SKIN 1.4oz/40ml will last forever , you put toner on your face first, when your face is still moist you put 4 drops of oil (one on each finger, you only need a teeny bit) then rub your finger tips together on other hand and after a few secs of rubbing use your finger tips to dab it on top of your moist skin... just be careful not to put more than 4-6 small drops of oil and that your face is wet from toner and to dab it over not rub. Toner: NEW Clarins Toning Lotion with Iris OILY Skin Toner 200mL.
The body shop also has an awesome mattifying moisturizing tea oil face gel.
Also only use non-comedogenic products (These products are less likely to cause blackheads (open comedones) or whiteheads (closed comedones)), it will be normally written in small on the label if they are non-comedogenic.
For extraction you may want to read up on black head extractor, it's a little tool with two loops, one on each side, one for black heads one for white heads. There are many online sites that explain the use.
Steaming your face first will help TREMENDOUSLY. To steam, put very hot water in a bucket or big bowl (you can add herbs, long lists of what is good online), then put your face over the bowl (not too close!) and cover your head with a towel, making a little ';tent'; and enclosing all the steam inside. Apparently it only takes 4 minutes for pores to open and any time between 4-8 minutes is good. Make sure you thoroughly wash skin before starting the steam . This will allow the pores to open, making the blackheads just slide out with a little pressure. After you have finished extracting, rewash your face (very gently as some pores may have been damaged during extraction), finish off with cold water to close your pores, apply some toner and if you have dry skin then apply a light moisturizer. I wouldn't recommend putting on make-up for 12 hours after extraction, but you could definitely use the Clarins night regime I described earlier.
Keep us updated on the cream though, you are brave!!!
Take care, Felisia
ha!!!! um....... no!! deep mostrizing= oily skin

Hi, there im billy im 20 years old. Ive been trying to get rid of some of my oily skin and blackeads for like 3 years but nothing works. I used to have acne but dont get that no more. Now im trying to get rid of blackheadsand oily skin. Please help! What causes oily skin? i have some blackheads?
oily skin is mainly caused by bad food. Meat [greasy; barbecue] or sweets like chocolate, or ice cream.
i get rid of blackheads by washing my face with Clearasil Ultra [3 days] with warm water,
dry my face,
and apply a layer [not to thin, not to thick] of Elmers Glue on the area that has the most blackheads. it works a bit because it
sticks the dirt and stuff. What causes oily skin? i have some blackheads?
The best thing for you is to control your diet. If you eat a lot of oily staff and chocolate etc.. you should reduce and try to eat more vegetable and fruits. Good luck

Check out this site http://www.upkb.com/acnecare.php for skincare tips and product details. You obviously need an effective acnecare solution.
Dye your hair?
Use pore cleansing strips. and remember to close pores with cold water or astringent (if you are oily) after cleaning.
There are a lot of good products these days on the market for this problem. A daily wash with Nivea will help and also the application directly on the spots with products like clearasil acnecontrol cream, or Stop 3+ correction facial en barba sold by Yves. ( a company in Quebec, Canada.
I have noticed they are still debating about whether foods can make this worst. Sweet food or greasy food I don't think helps but that is me.......for someone else it could be something else.makeup uk

How can u take off or remove blackheads?
They hav BIORE STRIPS wer u put it on around the blackheads (usually the nose) then u put and leave it on for like 15 mins nd press it once in a while.
then take it off very very very very slowly from one side. and once ur close to the middle, stop and do the other side and completely peel off. the blackheads shouldve went with the strip.
then u hav a CLEAN NOSE!
dont peel really fast like a waxing strip coz sum people do and the blackheads dont come along with it. and they onli put it for like 5 minutes. thats y theyre not working for them. follow the directions!
Hope i helped!
good luck! How can u take off or remove blackheads?
It's usually best done after a hot shower, as your pores are open. So it makes it much more easier.
You can either squeeze it out (although not recommended since hands aren't completely hygiene, but I do it anyways) or use this tool a blackhead remover http://www.thebodyshop.co.uk/content/ebi鈥?/a>
Which I believe you can get at pharmacies or some beauty shop. Make sure you clean it with hot water for, or I just use Dettol.
And those nose strips mention above do work as well. Be sure to wash your hands with soap before touching your face, also facial scrubs about once or twice a week will help as well. And definitely should wear a deep pore cleansing mask once a week. Also, it's quite easier to squeeze em out after wearing the mask. All done after a hot shower! How can u take off or remove blackheads?
You can try this. Make a paste by mixing 1 tsp lime juice and 1 tsp of finely powdered cinnamon. Apply it on the affected area before going to bed. Wash it off in the morning.Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.
Cover the area that has the blackheads with Elmer's glue. Let it dry and peel it off along with the blackheads. You can also sweat them out in a sauna.
They make Biore strips for that purpose. You can find them at any store in the beauty and cosmetics aisle (where you buy facewashes etc)
depends where they are. i sometimes get them on my nose so i use something called bioree strips which work amazingly well.
you can squeeze them..
biore never worked for me, I use apricot scrub.
i use soap lol.

What is the best way to remove blackheads from ur nose?
anything else except face wash..any natural or other way??What is the best way to remove blackheads from ur nose?
Blackheads can happen to anyone, no matter what your skin type. Blackheads are caused by oil in your skin that gets caught and expands in the pores. Oxidizing from exposure to the air, the oil actually turns black.
what works for some people might not work for everyone but here are some things that you can consider.~
First, stop the problem before it starts. Use noncomedogenic, oil-free, water-based skin-care products. (Noncomedogenic means the products were laboratory tested and approved by the FDA not to clog pores and cause blackheads.)
If you change your skin-care routine and still get blackheads, speak to a dermatologist about getting a prescription for Retin-A, which is a strong exfoliant that opens pores, sloughs off dead skin and cleans out blackheads.
If all else fails, a dermatologic facial performed at a dermatologist's office involves a prescription-strength acid that gets rid of dead layers of skin and the use of surgical instruments to extract the blackheads.
Blackheads are a problem that should be treated by a dermatologist. But, if you want to try an over-the-counter product, a lot of people rave about Biore Pore Perfect Strips, which are supposed to lift out blackheads on your nose, forehead and chin.
Hope this helps~What is the best way to remove blackheads from ur nose?
biore pore strips!!! it really works!
I use a mask and it helps me alot!! so i say a mask
The absolute BEST way (and this ain't pretty) is to squeeze them out. But they do come back, eventually. Save your money with the fancy products. It's simple physics, nothing can compare to forcefully squeezing.
Rubbing alcohol works wonders if you just use a Q-Tip, dap it in the alcohol, and rub it on your blackheads. I do it twice a day after washing my face. Try it!
Good luck!
i suggest get a acne facial from a spa let them take ur blackheads out they r amazing the people find blackheads beneath ur skin that u didnt kno u had if u cant find a cheap spa try lookin in ur phone book and calling local spa schools they usally charge as cheaps as less then 20 dollars
once you've done that keep up wit ur skin by changing into a different product just for blackheads the spa people will recommend some stuff
Biore strips work well, they pull them right out!
With a shovel!
they sell stuff at like pharmacys
Buy the Biore strips. They work really good!
Try Biore strips, they sell them at Walgreens, they work great.

Any way to really get rid of blackheads?
i seem to have gotten some blackheads around my cheeks near my nose and i hate them! what is the best way of getting rid of them? i tried the pore strips but it was painful and didn't remove all of them, only some and since you can only use it once a week it might take awhile.
any effective ways that worked for you personally and how soon did you see the effects? Also, what can you do to prevent blackheads, and if you used some kind of product, how often did you use it?
thanks!Any way to really get rid of blackheads?
A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle help prevent the formation of blackheads. A blackhead is best left alone to go away on its own.here is 5 friendly ways to get rid of black heads.
Step 1:
Use a mild exfoliating scrub and warm water to wash your face and help expose the blackhead. Pat your face dry with a soft clean towel.
Step 2:
Soak the blackhead for at least 10 minutes using a washcloth and the warmest water you can stand. This softens the blackhead. Pat the area dry again with a soft clean towel.
Step 3:
use a pore strips or just simply press down on the area around the blackhead, using two fingertips. Apply gentle, even pressure from underneath the blackhead to push it out.
Step 4:
Try this procedure only once or twice. If it doesn't work, take a break. Forcing it could make the blackhead worse or cause scarring.
Step 5:
Repeat this procedure after several days, if necessary. In the meantime, continue to soak your blackhead with a warm washcloth while bathing to keep it soft.Any way to really get rid of blackheads?
Hi there, Blackheads are simply buildup under the skin of oil and dirt that gets trapped. You'll need to use an exfoliating face wash such as Nuetragena Visibly Even. Stay away from cream face washes because they are loaded with oil, and this is the last thing you need. Follow your cleanser with a toner, witch hazel is cheap and works just like your other expensive astringents. Finally, use a moisturizer that is made for oily skin. Most people think that just because you have oily skin, you don't need a moisturizer. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Using a moisturizer aids the skin in its natural elasticity, ridding you of dark spots on your skin where dry patches may occur.
I'v herd tell the efects of a good sweat lodge or sona can do some opening of the pores for just that cause. Some try going straight into a cold shower or pool after to close them fast keeping the skin tight.
Acne Free in 3 days! It is wonderful! I have suffered with black heads since I was a teenager and I finally found the way to get rid of blackheads with Acne Free in 3 days. It is a natural product too.
Wash and rinse your skin with a product like Tide. It will dry your skin, it's harsh, but works.
Cleanse your face with unboiled milk, gently rub a coarse cloth dipped in milk to remove the blackheads. Steam your face with herbs like lavender, lemon peel and mint leaves added to the water and let the skin soak up its goodness. What is the best thing to treat blackheads especially on the nose?
Preventing blackheads is the only way to effectively treat them. You have to change the conditons in the pore that allow the sebum to turn into a plug. Basically the best options are either retin A (tretonin) or salicylic acid. Use a leave on lotion containing the salicylic acid or use the retin A (not both at the same time) and after about 2 weeks the blackheads will start to diminish as the exfoliation inside the pore improves. The Biore pore strips will only pull the top of the blackhead out, so they will work at first but do nothing to change the condition that caused the blackheads to develop. What is the best thing to treat blackheads especially on the nose?

Use a blackhead strip such as biore pore cleanser. Or squeeze the hell out of your face until a long string of oily dirt comes out of your pore.
I have been told that Biore' Pore Strips work pretty well at keeping the pores clean and free of oily build up which eventually causes blackheads. If that doesn't work, you may try a blackhead remover. They can be found in the beauty section of your local drug store. It consists of a metal handle or shaft with a hole on one end. Just place the hole over the blackhead, press down and slide out. The blackhead will be seen on the tip of the handle and usually works great. Whatever you do, don't squeeze it as it is on your nose. It'll look like you tried to pop a zit. After removing the blackhead, wash the area well with warm water and preferrably an antibacterial soap or one that doesn't contain perfumes or other scented ingrediants. Ivory works best. Follow up the rinse with cold water as it will help to close the pores. Washing your face a few times a day will help prevent any future breakouts. Good luck to you.
Drink lots of water all the time. Warm steam on your face for 15 minutes and the squeeze under the black head and they come out with little effort. Don't spend tons of money on skin products cause the steam will do way better.
Biore strips?
drink more water so that your body can cleanse from within and doesn't need to push waste products out through your pores.
Anything with additives is not water. The body needs to deal with chemicals, sugar, colouring, caffeine, etc
If your liver is already overloaded, healthy organic foods will help it do its job, so that the skin doesn't get stuck with the overload.

Why is it bad to push out blackheads with your fingers?
when you are pushing so hard on the blackhead, the oils from your fingers are forced into surrounding pores and you end up with worse skinWhy is it bad to push out blackheads with your fingers?
i think it spreads the bacteria , just like when you pop pimples. i sqeeze my blackheads .. because i cant get the dirt out of themWhy is it bad to push out blackheads with your fingers?
i didn no it was! looks like i wont be doin that no more =[ lol

scars!! yuck
You can force the bacteria into your bloodstream. I once read that they can colonise the valves in your heart.
Don't know what happens then, but it's probably not good...
You risk infection. If you do it, clean up before and after. You can also scar your skin.
becuase it leaves nasty scars

How to get rid of uber nasty blackheads on the nose?
helps? How to get rid of uber nasty blackheads on the nose?
well as a beautician ive been talk to use a comodone (blackhead) extractor which are very simple to use ( its usually explained on the packet). its basically a stick with a metal hoop on the end (haha..wow i explained that well) ..they can be picked up in boots or superdrug pretty cheap.
but the only way to keep them at bay is to exfoliate!
i personally use a clinique scrub but you can make your own for free! only scub 2 or 3 times a week not daily !! this is very important.
if you over stimulate your skin it can cause soreness and bad skin as it removes your natural oils which, are very important to keep skin looking healthy.
to make a scrub all you will need is salt (preferably sea salt as the crystals are bigger) and glycerine. if you dont have glysterine you can also use baby oil or olive oil. rub gently but firmly around the affected area in circular motions, 2-3 times a week. and if possible use a cleanser and moisturiser a few times a week also.
hope everything works out! ;)How to get rid of uber nasty blackheads on the nose?

A diet of fresh fruit and vegetables, nuts, grains, seeds, unprocessed food and plenty of water help. This is not a quick fix but a life time solution. There is no across the counter remedy that will stop pimples and blackheads. Fresh mint is an astringent. Make it into a tea and use when cooled as a wash.
im 12 two and i use clean%26amp;clear acne control kit its about 20$ but it really does work you can get it at walmart and acne free its work too :]] hope i help
you are most likely going through hormonal changes which is making your body secrete more sebum (oil) through your skin, thus the pimples. get some antibiotics from the docotor or you can try home remedies. ive heard applying honey on the face and washing off after 15 mins is good. i have also used lemon and it worked well. squeeze lemon juice onto a flat cotton pad and apply all over face (avioding lips and eye area). rub active pimples a bit more (DO NOT rub too hard. just slightly more than the rest of the face). sleep with the juice on (it will dry in 5 mins) and wash off with a MILD and foaming facial cleanser in the morning. do this every night for 2 weeks to see the difference. if youre a girl then the last resort would be to go on the contraceptive pill. ask your doc about dianette and yasmin (you can also google reviews to research first). i'm on yasmin now, and its really stopped my spots altogether. i started using it around the same time as the lemon juice. the lemon faded pigmentation spots as well as killing active ones. and yasmin stops oil production by altering hormones. good luck
also do not use facial scrubs on active acne. it will irritate them and make them worse. also, if u have ones budding underneath the skin, you will make them more inflamed than they would have been if you hadn't scrubbed your skin
only wash your face 2 times a day. no more than that. make sure your pillow case is cleaned and changed regularly. use a lot of powder too. use powder in the morning after u moisterize and also again at night. translucent powder dries out spots. use an OIL FREE moisterizer or gel too!!
last tip: a great on-the-spot cream is SUDOCREM. it is traditionally used for nappy cream but is GREAT on spots. just use a little bit and rub onto the spot before you go to bed (its white so u cant wear it during the day). especially if the spot is just budding, it usually stops it in its tracks. its been perfect for that odd little pimple

last tip: a great on-the-spot cream is SUDOCREM. it is traditionally used for nappy cream but is GREAT on spots. just use a little bit and rub onto the spot before you go to bed (its white so u cant wear it during the day). especially if the spot is just budding, it usually stops it in its tracks. its been perfect for that odd little pimple

What is the best thing to clear up blackheads? (Mostly nose area)?
I have allot of blackheads on my nose and I would like to know how to clear them up. I have tryed may things. What is the best thing to clear up blackheads? (Mostly nose area)?
Hi, I used to have the same problem. In the pharmacy they sell nose strips. You put them on your nose and wait for ten minutes, then they pull out your black heads. If you do it regularly they will dissapear. If you want natural method, my mother uses little bits of baking soda as an exfoliator. She says it works for her! What is the best thing to clear up blackheads? (Mostly nose area)?
I found that a ';peel off mask'; cleanser works well. They are not that expensive and it helps more than just the blackheads. So, I take care of my face all at once and with one item.

knife or scissors.
Biore nose strips
Hot Tea bags bring them out but then you have to pop them. So it wont make them go away really but it draws them out so that YOU can get rid of them
take your make up off properly, dont use so much, or wash more often ya pieball..
Wash your face with a mild cleanser. Pack very warm towels around your nose and steam your pores open. Then pop those blackheads out. Wash again and close your pores with an astringent. Then moisturize your face.
Make a paste of baking soda and water the consistency of frosting and put in on the blackheads for about 5 minutes than rinse with lwarm water!
i noticed that when i did nothing to my blackheads except to wash my face morning and evening,it cleared up,you will find out that when you use a cleanser,it keeps coming back after a while and looks like the cleanser isnt working again.also do drink plenty of water evryday
One try using a hot steam face cloth to open up your skin pores, then it enables your skin to take in treatments. I would suggest steam, witch hazel, and a mild dilution of tea tree oil on a cotton ball applied to the area avoiding your eyes. Keep your skin well cleansed with a mild cleanser and use witchhazel to tone and cleanse.Avoid any excessive moisturising in the area.Go for it!

What's a good facial scrub to remove blackheads.?
Perferably at a drugstore.
:D thnxWhat's a good facial scrub to remove blackheads.?
DEF St Ives Apricot Scrub for acne prone skin! This product in WONDERFUL!What's a good facial scrub to remove blackheads.?
I'm a very ';Natural'; person and when it comes to skin, before I start using any product I take a look at myself first.
Most skin products are a ';bandage'; on the real problem.
The real problem being, we are not taking care of ourselves.
Scrubing your skin with harsh cleansers, cleaning, using this technique or that will may result in your ageing your face early on.
Facial skin is delicate, so believe me when I say, cleaning it with a plain water will assist you in maintaining balance and rid you of some of the problems you may be creating for yourself.
For many years I have used ';Mary Kay Cleanser and Moisturizer'; and people constantly tell me I have good skin, and remark on how young I look....and added plus.
Not only that, Mary Kay has no harsh chemicals and is so very gentle. If you decide to use it, people will notice.
Some other things to consider as the ';cause'; of your acne problem.
If you not drinking 64 ounces of water a day, you body holds on to toxins which get trapped in your skin, in your pores, in your intestinal track, which is a direct reflection on your facial skin, so drink plently of water, not juice, not coffee, not soda....good clean fresh water.
Also evaluate what you used to wash your face with, a clean towel each day (detergents can also contribute)....
When you lay your face towel down after using, germs are all over it, and when you pick it up to wash your face again, unless you bleach it clean, you have just placed those germs on your face on your body, Ugghhh.....Think about it.
Buy the disposable face clothes or wash your face with your cleaned hands, it's best then pat dry with a clean towel.
If you are a female and use make up, use water based makeup and then remove it properly with Mary Kay Oil Free, Make Up Remover and disposable cotton balls.
Refrain from rubbing hard, scrubbing, using harsh exfoliating techniques, some store products have walnut shell in it and will scratch your delicate skin.
St. Ives....UGGGHH, read your labels. I used this once. Never again. You should see what it does to your skin under a microscope. You'll thank me!
Eat fresh fruits and veggies, limit take out and fast food, cook for yourself so you know what is going into it.
I love to stir fry, with steam and maybe a cap full or less of olive oil. (I get fresh and frozen veggies.) You need some oil, go for the unsaturated oils.
If you can afford organic foods then go organic. Start with replacing milk and eggs first.
Think healthy skin, clean skin, and don't forget to gently clean and use non clogging moisturizer before going to bed.
Exercise at least every other day, make your skin sweat out the impurities. Cool all the way down before bathing. Pores are still open when you sweat, so let your body dry down. It also helps prevent soreness after a work out. You get sore because water gets into your pores. You pores are still open.
Fast with juice and water one day or more a week.
Clean out your colon, don't buy expensive colon cleansers go naturally, eat fiber, whole grain bread like Brownberry, spend the extra money on the good stuff, and drink lots of water.
Start your day off with an apple and oatmeal for breakfast.
I use my coffee grinder and grind whole flax seed and add it with dry oatmeal to my yogurt.
Watch your intake of fried, greasy, foods.....limit french fries to once in a while, fried chicken, all fried food, that grease may be a contributor to your pores clogging.
Like I said at the beginning of this answer.
Start looking on the inside of you, because the choices you make are reflecting on the outside of you.
Never under estimate a good colon cleanse....I don't believe in colonics, by the way, the intestinal system is pointed downward for a reason.
Most problems start at the top (what's in your head, and what you do or don't put in your mouth).
All Clear products that removes blackheads. It has a complete cleansing regimen that you really need to get rid of blackheads. An exfoliate to get the dead cells to let the products do the best job. A toner to deep rinse and close the pores and then a moisturizer to balance out your skin again.
You can use Glow Care Cream, Homoeopathic Medicine. This is the best cream among all I have used. Follow the instructions mentioned on the cream.

Getting rid of blackheads fast?
I'm going out tonight and I want to wear foundation but it sits a little funny where my blackheads are and I want to get rid of them. The pore strips don't work.Getting rid of blackheads fast?
1st of all there's no way its going away this fast.
Exfoliation is the best way.try a blackhead scrub.it should leave by the week
Blackheads are trapped by dead skin.because you don't exfoliate enoughGetting rid of blackheads fast?
put an oily moisturiser on your nose to loosen the back heads a bit, then use a tweezer near each one to push them out one by one. it hurts a bit but you can see them come out. your foundation won't look so bumpy over them then. make sure you exfoliate after you do this
Create a steam bath in your bathroom sink (hot water) and drape a towel over your head... Let the steam work for about 3-5 minutes, then very gently, and with a clean cloth, squeeze the area where your blackheads are. You'll see them coming out. After you are finished, splash your face with cool water to close your pores. Wait a few minutes, and put on your moisturizer. I do this all the time, and it's the best method that's ever worked.

What exactly are blackheads? How do they form?
blackheads are hardened sebum (oil) in your pores. When your skin can't slough off enough of the dead cells off your skin they collect in your pores with the sebum (which lubricates your skin naturally) and forms a blackhead. it's called a blackhead because the top is exposed to air and becomes oxidized, becoming black. use salicylic acid or benzoil peroxide to get rid of them. What exactly are blackheads? How do they form?
Pores in your skin that are all clogged up. If you don't wash your face often enough, then you may get blackheads.
You can tell when someone has them. Have you ever seen somone that looks like they have little little holes all over their nose and under their eyes t? They might have blackheads. Also, when you get blackheads you don't just get one. You get an army of them. What exactly are blackheads? How do they form?
It's a combination of old dead skin cells, excess oil and dirt. That's why you should exfoliate everyday. Use a facial scrub instead of facial foam wash, that'll get rid of anything that's not great on your skin. Like dead skin cells, make up, oil, dirt, etc
They are pimples that are black at the tip and are harder to get out than traditional zits.
Blackheads are hardened sebum which blacken with exposure to the air and are embedded deep into the pores. Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.

they there is Clindamycin, which you can get from a dermatologist.
also, people might say the black head eraser and nose strips work , but it hasn't worked for me and several other people, so I recommend not wasting your money on something which wont help at all.

Blackheads are dirt which gets set in our pores so best thing is to keep the face clean and the pores closed for closing pores you can apply tomato juice it reduces pores and for blackheads try this home remedy it works for me

How do you use this for getting rid of blackheads?
http://www.thebodyshop.co.uk/invt/78242%26amp;鈥?/a>How do you use this for getting rid of blackheads?
OMG THEY'RE THE BEST THINGS EVER!
so you place the wire hole on top of the blackhead, so like the edge is just behind the black head and the black head pops out, oh my god its disgusting but SO SO satisfying.
and no it doesnt, it goes a little red, but its great to get them out because eventually black heads lead to spots and they get infected, they're the big red ones you get. so get them out! i have a stick like this i looove it :)How do you use this for getting rid of blackheads?
steam your face (say you have them on your nose..)
so steam the pimple and then take the circle and
kinda swipe it over the blackhead or press down
when you're done
with that, put some pimple medicine on it.. toothpaste,
differin, retin a, whatever you use, and then leave
it alone. make sure you clean the blackhead tool
with peroxide after each use in order to not spread
anything more
Oh well basically you make sure the blackhead is in the circle, you push it down and the pressure makes the blackhead come out without using your fingernails which can scar your face. They scar your face if you use your nails and if you leave them because you get disguisting large pores. Hope this helps x
I have this, put the small circle over the centre of the blackhead and push, the blackhead eill come out, luckily i dont have to use it anymore!
You push the circle down gently over the blackhead which then makes the skin around it go down and the blackhead pop up. You can then grab it with tweezers.
It squeezes out the little squirt.
You can also use your fingernails.
You would put the 'eye' bit over a backhead and press gently
TRY WASHING BUT DONT USE SOAP ON YOUR FACE
poke your face with it
id like to know too... o.O

What's the best men's daily facewash for sensitive skin? Also to get rid of blackheads?
I have used many a facewash in the past and have found out that no matter which i use, my face will get irritated if i use everyday. so for the past 10 or so years i have only used facewash just once a week. So far with this method i only get pimples sparingly. Is once a week too little?
P.S.
facewashes with tiny microbeads irritate my skin! So please don't mention St.Ives apricot scrub!
What's the best men's daily facewash for sensitive skin? Also to get rid of blackheads?
1. Aveeno and Neutrogena both make a good, gentle face wash. The Aveeno I use is foamy, the Neutrogena is creamy.
2. See a professional esthetician for a series of gentle microdermabrasion treatments. Trust me, it helps with the blackheads and small acne scars (did wonders for me, anyway). Don't try it at home!

How do you get rid of these very embarassing blackheads?
In order to get rid of a blackhead, it needs to be completely removed from the skin. Messy creams and gels simply clog the pores more, masking the blackhead and sometimes even worsening blackhead acne. The blackhead remover gun sucks the blackhead right out of the skin, with a powerful yet gentle vacuum suction removal action.
Blackhead removal using other blackhead tool products available can cause terrible scarring and bleeding, as they poke and probe at the skin. The blackhead removal gun uses the gentle power of vacuum extraction (that is, air!) to safely and effectively cure blackheads, blackhead acne, pimples and other skin problems.
Blackhead squeezing using your fingers can result in scarring, bleeding and even infection. This will not get rid of blackheads or cure blackhead acne, and can even make your complexion worse. The safe and natural blackhead remedy and removal method offered by the blackhead remover gun is the safest way of treating persistent blackhead acne without the fear of scarring or infection that can be caused by squeezing or blackhead remover tools found in drugstores or other online shops. How do you get rid of these very embarassing blackheads?

Here are some real answers on skin conditions. Remedies at the bottom. Cleansing the body of toxins is the key. Especially a colon cleanse! Educate yourself on detoxifying the blood.
Judyth Reichenberg-Ullman N.D. - ';What is your skin trying to tell you? Often the skin is a metaphor for deeper issues and a way for your body to send up a red flag to warn you that all is not well underneath. When our skin is unhealthy it is usually a reflection of the internal state of our bodies, and is often a sign of poor elimination of toxins and waste products. Most of us are embarrassed by skin problems such as rashes, rosacea, boils or acne, especially in places where others can see our imperfections. The skin is the body's first line of defense against the environment. It has to deal with the effects of weather, sun , cold, heat, dryness, humidity, scrapes, bumps, soaps, detergents, chemicals, perspiration and dirt of all kinds. It is a wonder that our skin stays healthy most of the time! We can help our skin deal with this onslaught by optimizing our general health and by protecting our skin from harsh environmental exposure. Western medicine generally treats skin eruptions with either antibiotics, cortisone, or antifungal preparations. These medicines may alleviate the skin problem temporarily, or occasionally for good, but do not address the source of the problem. Putting a lid on skin symptoms without getting to the root of the imbalance may even result in suppression, that means the imbalance may be driven deeper causing more serious health problems later without ever strengthening the underlying vital force of the person. Fortunately, naturopathic medicine offers a wide vareity of effective treatments for skin problems.';

Chronic skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis stem from a combination of genetic factors, immune stress, dietary deficiencies or sensitivities, and the accumulation of toxins in the body. For our skin to be radiant and clear, it is very important that the other organs of elimination (kidneys, liver, lungs, and colon) are cleansing the body effectively. If not, the skin will be overtaxed, pores will become clogged, and eruptions of one sort or another will result. Here are a number of steps you can take to improve your body's overall elimination wtih specific emphasis on your skin.';

Natural Cures
1. Fruits and Vegetables for Acne: Carrot %26amp; spinach, celery %26amp; watercress, grapefruit juices are all useful to combat acne.
2. Unwholesome Foods: Acne, a prevalent problem among teen-aged boys would not be possible in our society if our foods were wholesome. A most sad and disgusting sight is the pus-filled pimples due to inner toxicity --- wastes trying desperately to escape through the face. This condition often turns a gentle face in the blossom of youth into a waste dump of pimples, pus and subsequent pock marks which can be prevented. The tons of acne medications and prescriptions sold annually act only on the effect of the harmful food, and not the cause of the disease, malnutrition. The traditional teenage meal, a grease burger, french fries and a milk shake or cola simply does not provide enough nourishment for anyone, let alone a boy going through puberty to adulthood. Our highly processed foods are devoid of hormones found in fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds. Must do a colon cleanse to rid of all the toxins in the body, which eventually get into the blood and cause acne and all other diseases.
3. Cabbage: Apply a lotion of freshly prepared cabbage juice preceded, if desired, by the application of leaves. The eating of cabbage leaves or juice is also helpful.
4. Lemon Juice: Skin problems such as acne... will often respond to a treatment of lemon juice. For blackheads rub lemon juice over them each night.
5. Black Walnut: Externally, Black Walnut is nearly a miracle worker in cases of ...acne, dandruff, boils, itch, shingles, ringworm--we could go on, but you can see that you can use Black Walnut whenever a skin disorder appears! The tincture is an excellent first-aid remedy for wounds.
Best of health to you

I have a few blackheads on the side of my nose and they are really irritating me. how can i get rid of them?
there is only a small patch on either side of my nose you cant see them unless you look right up into a mirror but they irritate me and i would love for them to be gone for good does anyone know what i can do to get rid of them?I have a few blackheads on the side of my nose and they are really irritating me. how can i get rid of them?
get a bowel of really hot water and place your face just over it so the steam hits your face. Then put a towel over your head to stop the steam escaping. Stay like that for 10-15 mins the cleanse your face straight away. Preferably with a cleanser that has the little beads in it :]

Get a facial, the esthetician will extract them.
Or you can try getting a chemcial peel, which is a bit more costly but it would make your skin look awesome!
Go get a facial. The Esthetitican will extract them with a special tool.
take a bowl of hot water..and take steam on the area of blackheads...they will come out

How can you clear blackheads FAST?
I am young and get blackheads on my chin and nose badly and i wash my face regularly but I cant get rid of them ....HELPHow can you clear blackheads FAST?
Try those Biore blackhead removing strips. They really do work! OR...
you can try this home remedy. Crack an egg and put the egg whites and yoke in a container if you want to eat it later. What you need is the skin on the inside of the egg. Try to peel it from the egg shell and place it where you want to remove blackheads. Then let it dry and peel off and wash face. It kinda smells, but those both work for my face. How can you clear blackheads FAST?
1. Use a mild scrub or skin exfoliant to remove any dead cells and expose the blackhead.
2. Pat your face dry.
3. Place a slightly warm compress on your face for approximately 10-15 minutes in order to soften the blackhead, making it easier to remove.
4. Pat your face dry again.
5. Place a piece of tissue on the tip of each finger to avoid slipping, which could tear the skin and cause further damage.
6. Gently apply even pressure to both sides of the blackhead by pushing down, then up around the blemish. You’re trying to apply the pressure from *underneath* the blackhead.
Only attempt this once or twice. If it does not “pop”, you may bruise the skin, make the blackhead worse, and could cause scarring.
Fast? Usually I put on toothpaste at night, just little dabs on the problem areas. That and I usually use alcohol pad/swabs to keep them away.
exfoliate.
use salycylic acid and see your dermatologist.

Does washing your fash a lot help fight acne and blackheads?
does soap help ?Does washing your fash a lot help fight acne and blackheads?
Yes, having a clean face will help avoid acne, but just be sure to keep your face moisturized as well. Washing too much (especially with just soap) can try your skin out, causing even more problems.Does washing your fash a lot help fight acne and blackheads?
actually it will make it much worse. Washing your face a lot will dry it out, which will in turn cause your skin to produce more sebum, which will make your face more oily and cause it to get worse. You just need to wash it twice a day and make sure you use an oil free lightweight moisturizer because if you don't it will do the same thing. acne is quite a battle. there is a product line called aubrey organics and they have an acne line and it is a great line if you would like to try it. You have to be using the right products on your face or it really won't do much for you. packing on the cheap products with tons of fillers and preservatives is not going to help your skin at all. Aubrey organics is all natural. Also if your using cheap makeup stop, washing your face and then piling on tons of cheap makeup to coverup the mess your face wash is creating of your face is not the way to go. Try to use a mineral makeup. Because it doesn't clog your pores. It is actually good for your face. But make sure it is a truly natural mineral makeup, and not one just claiming to be. Jane Iredale is a really good line. And while these lines I have told you are a little pricier than what you would find in a drugstore they are not that expensive, and it is worth it to have beautiful skin. Just buy one thing at a time if you have to, every little bit counts. hope this helps.
yep, that's the best way. Washing your face helps exfoliate the skin and keep pores clean, also preventing blackheads. you could also try an acne wash.
actually you should not wash it so much, when skin is washed too often you remove the natural oils and cause more breakouts, i suggest washing with a mild cleanser such as cetaphil, then use witch hazel as your astringent. drink lots of water ,and try not to touch your face to often.
anything is better then nothing. acne is caused when oil from your face gets into your pores and clogs them causing a zit. wash your face like 3 times a day, or when your face starts to feel oily and when zits come, POP THEM! popping them also gets rid of the puss that causes them less puss=less zits :)
you can get perscription face wash and face cream with benzoyl peroxide in it and that really helps too but it's hard on your face and will make it dry.
hh
not really, you need an anti-acne medication, you might try proactive www.proactiv.com my friend uses it,and it works
soap dries out your skin and if you wash your skin too much, it could irritate your skin and the acne could get worse...
washing your face does help a lot to fight acne and blackheads. soap does not though. it dries out your skin. the only soap that works is soap made especially for your face. that won't dry your skin out
Over washing can make your skin dry, so your oil glands will go crazy and produce more oil which will clog up pores even more. Do the cleanse, tone, moisturize routine and make sure the moisturizer is a light and thin one.
Steam your face occasionally too to open your pores, only squeeze the spots when they are 'ripe' and put some anti bacterial gel on it after.
Drink lots of water too =] if this doesn't work see your doctor or a dermatologist.
Good luck =]
ummm...it depends i guess on the skin type. if u ALREADY HAVE acne and blacheads, then no, i wouldnt wash it ';a lot'; cause it will just irritate it. get special face wash for each of the things: acne, blackheads. they make products made specifically for those things. but that if if u already have them. but to prevent them, well i guess the products i just talked about could help. it depends on what brand/product it is. once u get your face clear, to prevent them and make your complexion better and prevent the two of these things, i suggest using a wet rag and just scrubbing your face with it twice a day if you don't want to buy products because you need to use something, not gritty, but sorta rough to get into your pores.
hope this helps :)
yes it does it might not clear them completely and it might it just depends on your skin i mean i wash and exfoliate my skin everyday but still get pimples when the time comes :( just be such sure to exfoliate often not too much though! if your not exfoliating you need to still be washing and a mask once a week helps alot! Always be sure to use a good moisturizer because if you dont it just causes the skin to dry out, and cause more pimples:( what also helps is a toner after wwashing and a good acne cream i suggest nutrogena :)
If you have acne its a deeper infection and while washing can stop blocked pores and blackheads you need medication such as steroids or antibiotics to combat the deeper spots associated with acne. Don't pick - it causes scaring and see your doctor to get meds to stop it developing. :)
EDIT: Can I repeat do not pop them as it just spreads infection!
Washing your face too often does exactly the opposite.
Your skin has essential oils and nutrients in it which protect it from harmful sun, chemicals and other elements. Washing all the protection away leaves your most delicate skin open for attack. Drying your face out by over-washing also leads to breakouts because there is no oil in your pores protecting them from harm. You can (and likely will) suffer sun damage and possibly skin cancers to the face if you wash away all the protective barriers.
Use a mild cleanser every morning and night and for breakouts, use an acne medication.
Yes, silly.
Cleanliness and it's delightfully wondrous effects should be common knowledge!
:]
I was told by a dermatologist that washing your face more than twice a day is actually bad if you have acne - I think it could dry out the skin, though I'm not sure. Twice a day is the best amount.
Soap is good, though don't use moisturisers if you have acne as they make your skin greasy I think - I remember my GP saying that moisturisers are only good if you have perfect skin!
Well ofcourse hun!..it's the best for ioly skin...not soap for the hands..facial ones..%26lt;3
It does, but to a certain extent.
First it depends on your gender . If you are female your acnes are more likely because of hormonal level changes , also it depends on the kind of your acnes, if they look to be bags under the skin they are related to hormones but if they are small they can be because of the OILY skin which can go away by washing.
Try to wash your face the times that you are not going to be exposed to the sun or dirty air etc .
The best time to fully exfoliate your face and wash it thoroughly is before sleeping so that your skin takes a rest.
Drink orange juice before you wash your face. It opens up the pores so it's easier to get the oil out and other stuff.

hi
i get black head all the time! i know how you feel!
a black head is simply dead skin cells and/ or oil that have clogged up your pore (which is a tiny opening in your skin)
this is how i get rid of them!
1. when you see a black head, dont leave it there! get some steam onto you chin and nose (dont burn yourslef!) or alternatively soak a small towel in hot (not boiling) water and dab it otno the trouble spot
this opens the pores
2. with CLEAN fingernails, gently squeeze the skin immediately around the blackhead until it comes out. (by 'it', i mean whats clogging your pore)
remember, dont squeeze too hard!
3. keep squeezing gently until it all comes out
there! your done! most of the time, they will come out cleanly, but if you have been too rough, or you get a bit of blood (only a tiny bit! dont freak out!) then here are some more steps
4. dab some of the blood away
5. put a small amount of diluted disinfectent onto a tissue or cotton ball and dab it gently. if it keeps bleeding, just leave it.
5. DONT PICK IT!! let a scab form , and it will fall of when its healed
95% of the time, it will be fine, no blood or anything so dont worry!
it is important that you do get rid of the blackhead, because each time they form, they widen your pores so they will keep getting filled with more stuf, and become bigger
if you dont want to squeeze them yourslef, you can go to a beautician who can do it for you
here is the important part!!
to avoid blackheads, cleanse your face every morning and night. you can buy good inexpensive cleansers. you can also get facial scrubs or exfoliating products to use once or twice a week. this removes dead skin cells and stops your pores getting clogged! or you can go to the beautician again and have a facial!
(for the record, i never go to beauticians! im more DIY)
remember to use sunblock all the time and MOISTURISE your skin to keep it lookign great!
hope you find my tips helpful! they work for me, so hopefully they will also work for you!
have a nice day!!
:-)
p.s. i wouldnt recommend treatement creams, they are only for those with bad acne. they wont help with blackheads
Use make-up remover every night before going to sleep and every morning after wake up even if you don麓t make up... and once a week use a refreshing exfoliating gel followed for a facial mask. (use the correct ones for your type of skin) And... that麓s all!!
I had the same problem some years ago and I was always touching them but I only got them bigger and some little wounds in my face. Now.. I don麓t have to worry any longer because they went away Forever!!
Try it for several weeks, do not touch them and.... Good Luck!!
blackhead strips, they really do work, just dont get the cheap ones...bad move!
go to chemist(drug store) and get plaster type strips that pull them out by root
put salt on brisky boiling water then put your face in (15-20 cm away from the container)
Biore pore strips. Washing with Neutrogena Blackhead scrub. Steaming. Using a face masque.
Have you tried Preparation H hemorrhoid cream...it works.
steam...
towel over your head and stand over a pot of steaming water.
15 minutes at a time
not too hot, just let it perculate a little
after each session, rub face with peroxide or witchhazel and rinse with cold water
do this 3or4 times in a row, twice a day...but not everydayDoes anyone have advice on how to get rid of blackheads on your chin and nose?
