Is it normal to recieve blackheads and white heads on the breast If so what can i do and if not what can i do?

I am speaking about womens breast. Is it normal to recieve blackheads and white heads on the breast If so what can i do and if not what can i do?
I don't know if it's normal, but I receive them as well. Don't squeeze them cause they will scar and tend to make the situation worse. I just leave mine run it's course naturally. If the acne is bad and becoming a problem in that area, speak with a dermatologist about a cream called Differin gel (adapalene gel). It works wonders on my acne and occasionally I will use it on my breast if one develops. Is it normal to recieve blackheads and white heads on the breast If so what can i do and if not what can i do?
Yes this is quite normal, especially if you tend to have oily skin.

Use a ';spa glove'; (they are those little knitted gloves you find in the bath dept.) and germ-killing soap like Dial or Zest on the breasts. Be sure you get underneath the breast as well. Be sure to bathe or shower daily--showers are best for oily skin. DON'T use moisturizing products. you don't need them and they will just clog your pores all over again.

An antibacterial soap and exfoliation (by the spa glove) will help reduce the skin oils and bacteria which are the cause of the whiteheads and blackheads.

By the way, if you have a ';Dollar store'; in your area, you can usually get the spa glove there. Otherwise try a discount store, they run about $3 there.
well, your breasts are just like any other spot on your body. Mostly we think of acne related problems on face, but they can also be problems for people on their backs, chest, arms, people even get on legs, even their butts. So yes, on your chest is normal. You can get skin problems anywhere you have skin. So treat it the same way you would on your face. Depending how bad it is, you could start out just cleansing better. Dont scrub too hard, or you will irrate the area making it worse. Start with something mild as a mild wash, like Cetaphil. If you feel you need stronger than go with either Oxy or Clearisil wash, whatever your choice is, there is Neutrogena, Oil of Olay products, Clean %26amp; Clear, or even for more severe cases, see your physician or dermatologist. I say just start out with a ';regular Routine'; of cleansing. Washing, drying, thouroughly in morning %26amp; night. It will clear, it always does. You may want to try a facial mask that is for black heads/white heads, %26amp; do that once a week too.

2 donts that i recommend, :

Dont overscrub, loofah usage--be gentle

Dont apply an over the counter drug to breast area,( some side affects can cause cancer. Elocon, a prescription for eczema, has been found to cause cancer, cases of women putting on breast %26amp; breast cancer are rising. It is documented, few cases, but why risk it!

so good luck
It is not unseen but not often. The best thing to do is to use soap with no oil and it will go away.
I get them, so I hope it's normal... What I do is shower with antibacterial soap (Dial) on a loofah to exfoliate and kill the bacteria that causes them. This is especially helpful after excercise or any *strenuous* physical activity. If they are really bad, you may want to consider using a topical medication like Oxy or Clearasil. If these techniques don't work, consider going to see a dermatologist, who can help better diagnose and treat the problem.
